How to Demo - Online

- Available on all adult rackets

- Select Demo Racket

- Choose a String Upgrade

 

 

- Receive your Racket (Bumper Tape and Overgrip applied)

- Play and Test your Racket (Very Carefully)

- If you like it, keep the racket and e-mail us for the £20 demo fee refund (Within 2 weeks of your order date)

- If you wish to return, insure the racket is unmarked, undamaged and is in the same condition as you received it.

- Send it back to us, including your original packing slip. (We recommend a Tracked Service)

- Racket must be received within 14 days of the order date.

- Once received and condition checked, we will refund the full amount minus the Demo Fee and String Upgrade Fees

• Rackets will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and we reserve the right to add extra charges if there are signs of misuse or damage, or reject the racket return altogether.
• You must not remove the over grip, the plastic sleeve on the original grip or the demo tape on the bumper bar while trying the racket
• A maximum of 3 rackets may be demoed at one time.
• The demo programme does not apply to badminton, squash, racketball, padel or pickleball rackets
